It's the best investment you'll make. Plus, it'll hardly break the bank (though it will break your foot if you drop it). Do it!
How do you make sure your frittata doesn't stick to the skillet?
Great question. The key is having a well-seasoned pan and not washing it with soap so that it keeps its "slickness." I bought my pre-seasoned cause I can be a bit lazy.
