One of our daughters is working in Japan. She will not be able to make it home for Thanksgiving. (USA). She is making several dishes for a Thanksgiving get together with friends over in Japan. She asked me for a Roasted Broccoli recipe. Your's sounds great! ( think I will make it for my Thanksgiving dinner, too! :). Is there anyway I can email this recipe to her? I saw I can FB, tweet, or Pinterest it, but she not I do any of those. Can you help me? Thank you very much. I need to get it to her VERY SOON!! Thank you very much!!!
Broccoli has never looked so good. Oh my goodness, so glad I came across your website :)
Aaand I just made some as part of dinner. It is far tastier than I had expected, and I had expected a lot! This will definitely become a regular in my kitchen.
Jen, so happy to hear that. We hope your 2014 is full of broccoli (it's definitely my favorite vegetable!).
Would I be able to substitute brown sugar for white, or just leave it out completely?
Yes, you could definitely do that!
I love garlic roasted anything with a drizzle of balsamic! Because of your beautiful presentation, I shared your lovely post with my readers today. Thank you!

Would this be as good if you used frozen broccoli? My freezer thawed and I have two pounds of broccoli to use in the next few days.
I've never tried it with frozen but I think it would work! Let us know how it goes, please!
please can you let me know the best way to store it once cooked and the best re-heat method? Please & Thank you
Are you roasting at 350?
Never mind!! LOL, just found the preheat at 400...
