Tried this out last night with some grilled cheese sandwiches and it was great! We left it a little bit chunky and really liked it that way. I couldn't really taste the cinnamon so we might add a bit more next time to see how the flavor changes. Thanks for the inspiration!
So glad this worked our for you guys! I also made it this week since we were low on groceries and I was too lazy to do more shopping. I turned the leftover soup into a meat sauce - just an idea for next time!
