We love kale in our house, and we love coconut, so this sounds fabulous. My husband is Brazilian, and down there they kale all the time. I will definitely have to try this one!

Totally made this tonight! Actually used fish sauce instead of salt, and added a can of chickpeas a little after the leaves. It's absolutely divine! Thanks for such a versatile recipe, Jess!

I'm making this tonight. We normally roast it in EVOO with slivered garlic,
I have used this recipe, but have added a bit of maple syrup when sautéing the Kale to give it a sweet and spicy flavor.
I just made this! It was so amazingly delicious. I added a can of white beans and 250 grams of pasta at the end. My husband and I just ate every last bite for lunch! Thanks!
